Parquetry flooring: a geometric combination of block patterns using sizes and species to ensure your floor is a feature to be proud of
13mm (overlay) solid strip: - offers a solid timber floor without the need for a traditional subfloor such as it can be glued directly to concrete or existing chipboard or floorboards
Traditional Wideboard: offers a traditional look through application of 19mm traditional boards
Engineered floors: are floating or directly applied floors that have been specially manufactured to offer you the warmth and sophistication of real hardwood timber
Acoustic Floors: are ideal for softening noise in apartments

TIMBER TYPES

Airthrust Vic can source the timber that is right for you and are accustomed to the following species:

Blackbutt: golden yellow to pale brown, very hard
Brushbox: even mid red-brown, hard
Ironbark: dark brown or dark red brown, very hard
Jarrah: rich reddish browns to soft salmon pinks, hard
European Oak and American Oak: pale to light yellow brown, moderate hardness
Spotted Gum: brown to dark brown, very hard
Tasmanian Oak: pale straw to light brown, moderate to hard

FINISHES

Airthrust Vic will ensure the best finish for your floor so that it is protected and highlights the natural colour of the timber. Environmental finishes are used when possible and utilise relationships with Feast Watson to select the best finish to apply.
